Grey lake day
I had planned to scale a peak, but as the weather didn't look particularly promising, I decided instead on a long, low-level walk. In the end the rain didn't quite materialise, so my 20 km was very enjoyable. Teganuma looked very pretty dressed up in its azaleas, and the usual wildlife was enhanced by the various fluffy cygnets on show, although I was reminded to keep my distance by a pissed-off pen. Actually, it was nice to have the opportunity to show due respect to a proud and protective mum.
