Inbanuma (Inba Marsh) is about an hour by train from where I live, deep into the Chiba heartland. It's not really much to look at, but it does have a footpath right the way around it, a windmill at one corner, and a reputation for very atmospheric sunsets (sunrises too). Footpath... check; windmill... check; atmospheric sunset... well, I tried my best, but it was just the wrong day for it really. I got a pinky glow after the death and some interesting shadows... and of course the chance to scope out likely spots for my next visit... whenever that may be... I'm think cold, misty, winter's day.
